Indian Incentive

A stunning incentive

Who: Business Supplies
What: Annual Incentives
Where: Jaipur and Delhi, India
When: 12th – 16th March 2017

The client runs an annual overseas trip to incentivise their employees, the concept is to split the entire business into 6 teams who compete in 12 weekly challenges to win a place on the once in a lifetime experience as well as hitting some huge targets given to them by the board member.

This year we opted to take the groups, 15 individuals, to India. We took the group to Jaipur to see the highlights of the historic India followed by a day trip to Agra.
Day 1
The group arrived in Jaipur, enjoyed time at leisure to relax at the beautiful Lebua Lodge hotel. We prepared for the evening and took jeeps to the traditional restaurant at Amber Fort, 1135AD.

We enjoyed a traditional Indian drumming band, tasted the most incredible Indian food and enjoyed the delicacies of the Indian heritage.

Overnight was spent in luxury tents at Lebua Lodge

Day 2
An early breakfast set the group up for a morning visit to the Amber Fort. A real culture experience and a great way for them to learn about the history of the real true India.
Following the Amber Fort we took the group into the bustling city of Jaipur with a tour on a cycle rickshaw ending with a spot of shopping at the Indian markets.
Lunch was hosted on the terrace of Samode Havelli, a traditional restaurant in a stunning setting, followed by an afternoon at leisure.
The evening was met by a jeep tour into a nearby nature reserve where we were greeted by elephants ready to take us on safari, which was the perfect way to relax the group after an early start and busy day. The safari ended in an opening to dinner where the group were greeted with win, canapes and a Bollywood performance.
Dinner was a beautiful BBQ under the stars and overnight at Lebua Lodge hotel.

Day 3
This morning saw a 5 hour transfer commence to Agra (long but extremely worth it), we arrived in Agra to a stunning buffet lunch followed by a visit to the Taj Mahal.
The Taj was a stunning experience, a true once in a lifetime day that the group will never forget.
Following the Taj we took the train back to Delhi where we stayed at The Claridges Hotel.
Dinner was at the onsite Mediterranean restaurant, Sevilla, we had a private terrace overlooking Delhi and it was a truly perfect way to end the trip.

Day 4
Day 4 was the end to an incredible trip, we had breakfast and took the airport transfer to return to the UK.

The trip was an incredible success with so many highlights and once in a lifetime experiences and increased the sales at ACS by over 35% for the quarter.
